Welcome to DailyEarn 99. By accessing our website or installing the DailyEarn 99 mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility & State Restrictions

To participate in cash contests on DailyEarn 99, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• You must be an individual resident of India and at least 18 years of age.
• You must not reside in any of the Indian states where real-money skill gaming is legally restricted. Currently, residents of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Sikkim, Nagaland, and Andhra Pradesh are not eligible to join cash contests. Residents of these states may only play our free-to-play practice games.
• You must have a valid Indian phone number and a bank account/UPI ID to transact.

2. Description of Services & Skill-Based Gaming

DailyEarn 99 is a mobile application platform where users can play multiplayer and single-player games of skill, including Image Puzzles, Word Puzzles, Fruit Slicing, and Go Arrows. Because outcomes on our platform depend on speed, memory, focus, and puzzle-solving proficiency, our contests constitute "Games of Skill" under Indian jurisprudence and are exempt from the provisions of the Public Gambling Act, 1867.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must register an account using your phone number and verify it via the OTP sent to your device. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete profile information.
• Keep your login session secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Maintain only one active user account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse signup bonuses or referral codes is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account bans.

4. Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

Your account has a digital wallet split into Deposit Balance, Winnings Balance, and Bonus Balance.

• Deposits: Added via UPI, cards, or net banking. Deposited funds are non-refundable and can only be used to pay contest entry fees.
• Winnings: Credits earned by winning contests. Winnings can be withdrawn to bank accounts/UPI IDs after completing verification.
• Bonuses: Promotional credits (like referral bonuses) that can be used to join select contests. Bonus credits are non-withdrawable.
• Taxes: All winnings are subject to applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per Indian Income Tax guidelines.

5. Fair Play & Anti-Cheating Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against cheating, collusion, and hacking. You must not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, simulators, or mods to manipulate game performance or scores.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the mobile application or backend services.
• Exert unfair influence over other players or coordinate entries to manipulate leaderboards.

We perform algorithmic game verification. If we detect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to freeze your wallet balance, cancel ongoing withdrawals, and terminate your account without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

DailyEarn 99 is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyEarn 99 Tech Labs Pvt Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from network disruptions, server failures, device incompatibilities, or loss of data during gameplay.
